Another fermented banana-choconut fluff now with big particles made with #probioform Recipe is very simple. Put all these in a blender and mix until homogeneous: soaked raw cashewnuts, coconut milk or cream, a few dates, vanilla powder, cacao powder, pinch of salt, little cinnamon, maple syrup, probi. Then, when ready I gently mixed in the following "big particles" with a spoon: chopped pecan nuts, chocolat, banana and coconut flakes. Pour the masa in decent bowls and put them on the shelf for 11-13h, then fridge with lids on. Enjoy & share it.
