apple crumble pie - morzsás almáspite


Original recipe is available here, but I made some modifications, as always.

For the crust I used:
1 heaping cup flour mixed of rice, almond and buckwheat
6 tpsb coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon himalaya salt
4 organic tbsp apple juice
1 tbsp psyllium husk soaked in water

For the apples I used:
15 small sour apples
3/4 cup of icing erithritol
lot of cinnamon, about 2 tbsp
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp rice flour

For the crumble I used:
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 cup half-chopped pecans and walnuts
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp home-made honey 
pinch himalaya salt

I put the oven to about 150-160 °C for 40 mins and baked the bottom longer with about 10-15 min at about 150 °C. 

For the vanilla sauce I used:
a small box of coconut cream
about 1 teaspoon organic vanilla powder
1 tbps of icing erithritol

The whole thing is superdelicious!
